Airport Pickup Procedures

Passengers Arriving on Airtran, Continental, Jet Blue, Southwest, and USAir will be met outside at ZONE #9.

Passengers Arriving on Air Canada, American Airlines, Northwest, Delta, and United will be met outside at Zone #16.

Passengers MUST call (800-569-9484) once they have arrived at ZONE 9/16, the car will be dispatched from the LIMO LOT. Drive time is less than 3 minutes. Otherwise a Meet & Greet must be booked to avoid any delay. With a Meet & Greet the chauffeur will meet the passenger at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim with a sign. This service is a $25 extra charge.
