"I am very pleased to have the opportunity to write a letter of support on behalf of Elite Transportation. We are very high level office at Duke; consequently, our requests for various services from Elite are large in number and volume with a variety of special instructions. It is very reassuring to know when something is asked of me that is unusual and demanding regarding transportation, I can call Elite and tell them the request and work it out with them – even if it means drivers that are stationed at other locations for Elite, are called upon to immediately travel from that location to take care of our requests. They have offered many times “to go the extra mile” in tracking flights at night and weekends – during snow storms etc – and calling me at home and keeping me updated – even as late as 2:00 am one time.
